Problems:
· User is unable to convert their insights whilewatching a live sports event. · The user doesn't know what to do even though they can predict what is going to happen.
· User cannot process their customizable analytics.
· User cannot access hisfriend analytics. Remains unaware of social data.
· User can get tactical tips from a friend on thephone before a match, but User don't want to get tips from someone he does not trust online.
Early bird persona should consist of a user base that analyzes a lot. Even if the final product appeals to a larger majority, it is necessary to design the algorithm of the application based on the data of qualified users.

In this method, I tried to get more qualified data as I could ask questions to the user. The most point feature was that he was in no hurry to place a bet because he was watching the match. Sometimes he analyzes the players of the team he knows, sometimes he decides to bet but waits for the odds to increase. Depending on the bulletin, he could have different sports events on 2 different screens at the same time. By asking questions I realized that there were actually a few specific betting topics that he always stuck to.

In this method, I was not able to obtain data that would meet my hypothesis, because my hypothesis was to examine the behavior of users in situations.
